Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of QRPix, a service operated by Cynoia SAS. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
1. Publisher

2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms apply to every user of the service. Any use constitutes full acceptance.
3. Description of the service
QRPix lets you create, customise, manage and track static and dynamic QR codes, with measurement features and, depending on the plan, ad retargeting.
4. Account
Creating an account requires accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
5. Plans and pricing
A free Free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise) are offered. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Billing is monthly or annual, depending on the chosen plan.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are issued by Cynoia SAS. Prices are exclusive of tax; VAT applies where relevant.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw. However, for a digital service whose performance starts immediately with your express consent, you waive this right once the service is fully performed. This right does not apply to business customers.
8. Refunds
Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, amounts paid are non-refundable.
9. Term, cancellation and account deletion
You can cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal, fraudulent or deceptive purposes, to distribute malware, phishing or spam via QR codes, or to infringe third-party rights. We may disable any infringing QR code.
11. Intellectual property
QRPix, its brand and content remain the property of Cynoia SAS. You keep ownership of your content and destinations and grant us a limited licence to provide the service.
12. Availability and service level
We target 99.9% availability. Interruptions for maintenance or force majeure may occur.
13. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Cynoia SAS’s liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts paid over the last 12 months. You remain responsible for the destinations your QR codes point to.
14. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms; the applicable version is published on qrpix.io. Effective date: 01/03/2026.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the Commercial Court of Marseille, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
